In this talk we present some mathematicaland computational approaches developed over the past few years to investigate various aspects related to the phenotypic heterogeneity and plasticity of immune responses during cancer evolution (and evolution of some fibrotic disorders, e.g., keloids, that have certain characteristics that are similar to cancers). The focus will be on single-scale vs. multi-scale models, and their parameterisation with data (if/when such data is available).\n\nhttps://indico.math.cnrs.fr/event/16002/
