We present the algorithms and implementations of Vlasov equation integrator for one spatial dimension of systems with long-range interactions, discussing the caveats in memory access and some examples of how to choose the most adequate algorithms for better efficiency of the parallel code in the GPU. Multi-GPU implementations are illustrated with a Molecular Dynamics code for the same type of systems. We also present some relevant results obtained using such codes at the Statystical Physics group at the University of Brasília. |
